When is Rifflandia Festival 2024?
Rifflandia will take place September 13 - 15, 2024.
Where is Rifflandia Festival Located?
The festival will be held at Matullia Lands at Rock Bay (North-west corner of Pembroke St. & Government St.)
Are there age restrictions?
Rifflandia is all ages.
Is there re-entry to your venue?
Yes, you can leave and re-enter the festival site.
Who is playing the festival for 2024?

What happens if an artist cancels?
Scheduled artists are subject to change or cancellation. Tickets will not be refunded due to artist cancellation(s).
Is Rifflandia Accessible?
Yes, the venue has accessible, step-free entrances, accessible viewing areas and seating, washroom facilities and designated quiet areas. Accredited guide and service animals are welcome, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate companion, therapy or emotional support animals.

Ticket Questions
What is the refund policy?
All ticket purchases are final sale, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. Rifflandia takes place rain or shine.
Can I get a physical ticket?
Tickets can only be purchased online through our website and will be delivered digitally.
I can’t find my ticket / can’t locate my order!

Wristband Questions
Can I share my wristband with friends?
Wristbands are to be worn for the duration of the festival and are non-transferable. Please do not remove your wristband once it is on, otherwise it will become void and will not be valid for entry.
What happens if my wristband gets lost or stolen?
Treat your wristband like your phone! Lost, stolen, tampered, and/or confiscated wristbands will not be replaced.
How tight does my wristband need to be?
Your wristband needs to be snug, about a finger’s width of space between your wrist and wristband. Loose wristbands will be tightened by security at the point of entry.
Do I need to exchange my ticket for a wristband?
Yes, all tickets will need to be redeemed for a wristband to enter the festival. Wristband Exchange and Box Office hours and location will be announced closer to the festival date.
Kidlandia Questions
Are there tickets available for kids?
A limited quantity of specially-priced tickets for Kids (2-12 years old) will be available soon!
Please note: age verification is required upon receiving a kids wristband. A birth certificate, passport, or BC Health Services card will be accepted as proof of age.
Kids must be accompanied by a guardian on our festival site at all times.
